Set up a Recipe once. From then on, repeat SMS and website requests can prepare a priced draft automatically, ready for you to review and send.
Three pieces, one pipeline. Do the work once — the rest runs on its own.
Build a job's TradeWin Recipe one time — materials, equipment and labour per unit. Save it, and it's ready forever.
They text your Tradewin number or fill in the Instant-Quote form on your website. No app, no phone tag, no waiting on you.
Tradewin pulls your saved TradeWin Recipe, runs it through the same profit engine as the calculator, and prepares a draft. You review, edit if needed, and send it.
Quote it once by hand. Never quote that job by hand again.
Without saved costs, there's nothing for a text message or a website enquiry to quote from automatically. Build a job once — a downlight install, a switchboard upgrade, a 100mm slab — and save it as a Recipe. Every cost, and even your labour time per unit, locked in and ready.
Next time the job comes up — whether you select it yourself or a customer requests it by text or on your site — the Recipe applies and costs scale to the new job size automatically.

Wherever the enquiry comes from, it hits the same profit-optimised engine — priced from your Recipes and waiting for review while your competitor's enquiry is still sitting unread.
Give customers a number to text. They describe the job. Tradewin builds a profit-optimised draft from your saved Recipe and sends it to your dashboard for review. Check the details, make any changes, then send it to the customer.
Paste one snippet on your site and your “request a quote” form becomes a structured one. Visitors submit the details and you capture a fully-addressed lead, with a priced draft when that job type has a saved Recipe.
The automation doesn't end at “quote sent.” Once you invoice the job, Tradewin pushes it straight into the tools you already run — one tap.
Send the invoice across as a draft — amounts, job details and GST pre-filled.
Coming soon — the same one-tap draft-invoice push as Xero, zero double entry.
Every other quoting tool makes you redo the same work every single time. Tradewin is built so the effort only ever happens once per job type — then it compounds.
Set the Recipe up while you're itemising the job anyway. From then on, that job type is automated — for you in the calculator, and for customers texting or using your website.

A saved TradeWin Recipe. Once a job type has one — its costs and labour locked in — SMS Auto-Quote and the website widget can prepare a priced draft as soon as a customer submits the details, with no manual re-entry from you.
No. Both features still capture the request if there is no Recipe, but it stays for manual pricing and review. A saved Recipe is what lets Tradewin prepare a trustworthy priced draft automatically.
Review & Send is the default. Configurable automatic delivery is currently limited to the staging preview. Where it is enabled, only a calculated service can send after every safety check passes; anything uncertain stays as a draft.
The Cost Library is unlimited on every plan. TradeWin Recipes™ are capped at 3 on the free plan and unlimited from Starter up. The website quote widget is on every plan, including free. A dedicated inbound number and SMS Auto-Quote are included with Business and Scale, or available through the separate number add-on on other plans.
Yes — all 40+ trades and hundreds of job subtypes Tradewin supports in the calculator work the same way across Recipes, SMS and the website widget.
The quote goes out on its own, they accept, and it becomes a job on its own too. Nothing gets re-typed into a second app.
Start with a free quote in the calculator, save your first Recipe, then turn on SMS or the website widget when you're ready.
